Managing service tickets and service contracts

Steps:

Install Sales, Timesheet, and Helpdesk
Create a project "Service Contract"
Create a product "Service", set Invoice based on "Ordered quantity" and Service Tracking by "Create a task in an existing project"
Create and confirm sales order for "Service Contract" - 25 hours
Register ticket through helpdesk portal using the email address
The consultant works on the ticket and fills the timesheet / check the project overview for the profitability
